Meet Janice

Janice Hassenfeld is an executive coach with 30+ years of leadership experience who specializes in leadership and team development. Her background as a corporate banker working with leaders across diverse industries, and then as a founder and CFO of a privately owned pharmaceutical packaging company, allows her to understand business challenges and effectively meet leaders where they are so they can successfully achieve their goals.

Janice’s warm, open style and natural curiosity enable her clients to feel comfortable and safe to identify the mindsets and behaviors needed to change and grow. She focuses on the whole person, empowering her clients to align their goals with their purpose, values, and vision, so they can lead more authentically, improve performance, and ultimately lead richer, more fulfilling lives.

Janice holds a BA in Managerial Economics from Union College, and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.
