Meet WILL

Will has worked in learning and development since 2006. Will began working in learning and development within investment banking, working for some of the biggest names on the street. During this time Will covered all aspects of learning and development; content creation, designing and developing programmes, consulting with multiple departments and stakeholders. This time enabled Will to see the entire development cycle and to understand what works and what doesn’t.

Since 2015 Will has been a full-time facilitator and coach. He’s trained in a wide range of sectors but spends most of his time in the Law and Finance.

Outside of work, Will loves sport, watching football (or soccer, as some call it…) and doing exercise. He spent a lot of time in Italy, particularly enjoying the food! In addition Will loves music, both playing and listening.

A common thread on all the feedback Will receives is “really engaging, fun, personable and knowledgeable.”
